Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Limli (the “Service”), operated by Motionbees LLC (“Limli”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Limli is an AI photography tool that lets you upload assets and generate fashion, product, and UGC imagery and video on a node-based canvas. Features, presets, and pricing may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Limli, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits, subscriptions & payments

The Service runs on a credit system. Generating images and videos consumes credits according to the rates shown in the app.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable, and unused credits do not carry over indefinitely.
We may change pricing or credit rates with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the assets you upload and the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload — including products, logos, and the likeness of any person. You must hold the necessary model and property releases for any real person or branded item you depict. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates someone’s privacy or publicity rights;
depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or impersonates a public figure;
is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise abusive or harmful;
attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

7. AI disclaimer

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, workflows, and preset libraries — is owned by Limli and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (including OpenAI, fal.ai, Google Firebase, and Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those services, which are governed by their own terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Limli against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service, including claims that your content infringes a third party’s rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
