• Account information — when you sign up (including via Google), we receive your name, email address, and authentication identifiers through our auth provider, Firebase Authentication (Google).
• Content you provide — product images, reference photos, prompts, selected styles and environments, and the images or videos you generate.
• Usage & device data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we retain only your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.

• To operate the Service — create your account, generate images and videos, and store your projects.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and prevent abuse.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To improve reliability, performance, and security of the Service.
• To send essential account communications (e.g., billing, security, and service notices).

To deliver the Service, your content may be transmitted to and processed by trusted third parties under their respective terms and data-protection commitments:

• OpenAI — image generation and editing.
• fal.ai — video generation.
• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Sentry — error monitoring.

We share only what is necessary for each provider to perform its function, and we do not sell your personal data.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the images and videos you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not use your private content to train our own foundation models.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete projects at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@limli.ai.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
