This Privacy Policy explains how Limli (“Limli”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and application at app.limli.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Limli is an AI photography tool that lets you generate fashion, product, and UGC imagery on a node-based canvas. The Service is operated by Motionbees LLC, located at 10333 Richmond Ave Ste 1000, Houston, TX 77042, USA. For any privacy question, contact us at support@limli.ai.

2. Information we collect

Account information — when you sign up (including via Google), we receive your name, email address, and authentication identifiers through our auth provider, Firebase Authentication (Google).
Content you provide — product images, reference photos, prompts, selected styles and environments, and the images or videos you generate.
Usage & device data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, used to operate and secure the Service.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we retain only your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.

3. How we use your information

To operate the Service — create your account, generate images and videos, and store your projects.
To process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and prevent abuse.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To improve reliability, performance, and security of the Service.
To send essential account communications (e.g., billing, security, and service notices).

4. AI processing & third-party providers

To deliver the Service, your content may be transmitted to and processed by trusted third parties under their respective terms and data-protection commitments:

OpenAI — image generation and editing.
fal.ai — video generation.
Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and file storage.
Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Sentry — error monitoring.

We share only what is necessary for each provider to perform its function, and we do not sell your personal data.

5. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the images and videos you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not use your private content to train our own foundation models.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete projects at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@limli.ai.

8. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
